"ISKRA" - Monodrama
A theatrical performance in the form of a monodrama, on the subject of the life of our great scientist Nikola Tesla, presented from the point of view of his mother Angelina/Đuka. The story covers the period from Nikola's birth to the death of his mother. The basis of the plot is focused on origins, family history on the mother's and father's side, and relationships with relatives. One of the main motives is identity, national and religious affiliation, attachment to the family, and especially to the mother. Tesla's boyhood antics, youthful dilemmas and mistakes he made, life abroad, and ingenious inventions are described from his mother's perspective and in a way that is often different from how others saw him.
