Rathmines Road - Gorey Little Theatre

Rathmines Road by Deirdre Kinahan is a play set over the course of one evening in the family home of Sandra. Sandra is selling her mother's house and a sister of an old school friend is the Auctioneer. She arrives at the home with her husband Eddie. It turns out that Sandra and Eddie had met before 25 yrs previously. This play is about secret trauma and public revelation. It is described as funny, ferocious, fraught and incredibly tense. It raises very important relevant questions that challenge and confront all our innate beliefs.
