The safety of everyone attending our festivals and events is one of our main priorities.

From small events to large concerts and festivals, GR8 Events can help with the safety and emergency planning aspect, to help ensure a safe event. We liaise with local authorities and other stakeholders on your behalf, providing you with the necessary experienced professional advice to ensure peace of mind. We give you the assurance that all obligations are covered.

Safety First

We undertake and follow strict risk assessments guidelines.

We make sure that the correct, properly trained and qualified people are in place to deal with the smooth running of your event as well as looking after the wellbeing of everyone on site.

Our detailed planning of your event will prioritise the safety of everyone attending, from the moment attendees arrive, throughout the event, to the moment they leave the venue.

On the day standby will usually include - Ambulance, Fire Service, Paramedics and First responders. We will make sure of the correct structuring and placement of these services on the day, as well as providing the appropriate information to audiences, signage, muster points, evacuation procedures and traffic management plan.

As some of our events can involve very large groups we can also carry out traffic management assessments and implement efficient procedures so that everyone can enter and exit safely and quickly, avoiding unneccessary danger with traffic jams and frustrated locals.
